2. Services Provided
We offer professional IT solutions and workforce services, including but not limited to temporary staffing, direct hiring, contract-to-hire, and IT consulting. Our services are tailored to meet client-specific needs while adhering to industry standards.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate job descriptions, expectations, and work conditions.
- Clients are responsible for compliance with all applicable labor laws and workplace regulations.
- Any changes in project scope, job role, or working conditions must be communicated promptly.
4. Candidate Placement & Employment Terms
- Candidates placed through our services remain under our employment unless stated otherwise.
- Clients must not directly hire candidates introduced through our company without prior agreement.
- Any conversion of temporary staff to permanent employment must be discussed with agreed-upon fees.
5. Fees & Payment Terms
- Fees for staffing and IT services are outlined in the agreement between the parties.
- Payment is due within the days of agreed terms of the invoice issuance. Late payments may incur penalties depending on the clients.
- Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during engagement.
- Candidates’ personal information will be handled per applicable data protection laws.
7. Compliance & Legal Obligations
- We comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEOC, FLSA, and ADA regulations.
- Clients must ensure that workplace policies adhere to legal and ethical standards.
8. Liability & Indemnification
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims resulting from employment disputes, misconduct, or non-compliance with laws.
9. Termination & Cancellation
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as per the contract terms.
- Cancellation fees may apply if a service agreement is terminated prematurely.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
- Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in New Jersey before litigation.
11. Amendments & Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
